Location: Ogba, Lagos

Client: Reputable Hospital with over 20 years of excellence in medical care

Work Schedule: Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM; 10 Days Off in a month

Salary: ₦450,000 Net

About Our Client: Our client is a well-established hospital located in Ogba, Lagos, with over two decades of dedicated service in providing high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly competent, experienced, and compassionate Medical Officer to join the clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide quality medical care to patients, ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment, and contribute to the overall success of the hospital’s healthcare delivery system.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide comprehensive medical care to outpatients and inpatients, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

•Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.

•Manage emergency cases and provide immediate medical intervention when required.

•Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.

•Maintain accurate and timely medical records in line with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

•Participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and continuous medical education programs.

•Advise patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

Requirements and Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution.

•Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC clinical experience.

•Full registration and current practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

•Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

•Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays where required).
