About the role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Marketing Execute to join our beauty brand.

You will support marketing strategy, content creation strategy, PR, influencer partnerships, campaigns, and initiatives that drive brand visibility, community growth, and sales.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

● Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand activations.

● Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

● Develop content calendars, captions, and creative campaign ideas.

● Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, leads, and sales.

● Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

● Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and conversions.

● Identify influencer partnerships, collaborations, and PR opportunities.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Minimum of 3 years’ relevant marketing experience.

● Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage.

● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing.

● Proficiency in content creation, editing, and storytelling.

● Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing.

● Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

● Must have completed NYSC.

● Must be available for a full-time, on-site role and immediate resumption.
