Team Member, Process Improvement (Project Management)

About the Role

Executive Trainee – Assistant Manager grade. Support project management and process improvement initiatives within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to develop detailed project plans.
• Assist in determining and defining project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage them effectively.
• Assist in preparing budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Help track project costs in order to meet the budget.
• Assist in developing and managing detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Provide project updates to various stakeholders on a consistent basis.
• Assist in managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist in measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• First degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' project management and related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be currently working in the Banking Industry.
