Surface Facilities Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

· Lead FEED, EPC, construction, commissioning, and start-up of surface facilities.

· Drive engineering excellence across greenfield and brownfield projects.

· Optimize production, reliability, asset integrity, and operating costs.

· Champion HSE, process safety, and regulatory compliance.

· Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor future leaders.

· Deliver complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, or Process).

· Master's Degree and Professional Engineering registration are an advantage.

· 12-20 years' Oil & Gas experience, including 5-10 years in engineering leadership.

· Strong expertise in FEED, EPC, commissioning, asset integrity, and production optimization.

· Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering major capital projects.
