JOB ROLE - MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with revenue objectives.

2. Drive aggressive lead generation and ensure consistent inflow of qualified leads to meet business targets.

3. Nurture and track customer pipelines from lead stage to paying customer conversion.

4. Manage brand identity and ensure narrative consistency across all channels.

5. Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and corporate vendors.

6. Set KPIs, analyze ROI, and submit performance reports to management.

7. Lead, mentor, and direct the marketing and growth team.

Key Requirements & Competencies:

1. Minimum of 4 years proven experience in marketing with strong track record in aggressive lead generation and revenue growth.

2. Demonstrated ability to generate both B2B and B2C leads through inbound and outbound strategies.

3. Excellent understanding of modern social media marketing trends and content strategy.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and drive high performance.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Strong analytical mindset with ability to set KPIs, track performance, and drive ROI.

7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing performance tools.

8. Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong focus on revenue and execution.

9. Experience in the ICT Retail Sector is an added advantage.
