A growing UK-based online fashion and e-commerce business is seeking a highly skilled, results-driven E-Commerce Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its digital growth strategy.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, generate profitable sales and build sustainable customer retention.
- Shopify & Conversion Optimisation: Improve website performance, UX, product pages, checkout experience, merchandising and conversion rates.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Manage technical, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, backlink acquisition and search visibility.
- Content Marketing: Research, write, optimise and publish a minimum of 3 SEO blog posts and 5 quality guest posts monthly, alongside digital PR and outreach.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, manage and optimise Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube advertising campaigns, focusing on ROAS, ROI and customer acquisition.
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Develop growth campaigns, coordinate influencer partnerships, UGC and LinkedIn marketing.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Manage Klaviyo/Omnisend campaigns, automated customer journeys, abandoned-cart recovery, upselling and retention.
- Analytics & Reporting: Manage GA4, Search Console, Merchant Center, conversion tracking and performance dashboards.
- Marketplace Management: Optimise product feeds, Google Shopping listings and opportunities across Amazon and eBay.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with website and social media managers to deliver integrated growth strategies.
- Proven experience delivering measurable e-commerce growth, preferably within Shopify, fashion or retail.
- Strong expertise in SEO, CRO, paid advertising, social media and CRM marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google Merchant Center and SEO tools.
- Excellent SEO content writing, guest posting, backlink building and digital PR skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to independently execute campaigns, manage budgets and demonstrate commercial results.
Success will be measured through increased sales, qualified traffic, conversion rates, advertising profitability, customer retention and consistent delivery of agreed KPIs.
The successful candidate must be strategic, technically proficient and genuinely hands-on — capable of planning, implementing, optimising and reporting on all aspects of digital growth.
