Creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to lead a fast-growing brand's digital presence. Own content creation, campaign execution, and overall strategy across platforms to drive engagement and brand growth.

Content Creation & Execution

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design high-quality graphics and branded marketing creatives.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
• Shoot, edit, and publish content across all social platforms.

Growth & Campaign Management

• Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Identify trends and create high-performing content.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with strong portfolio (mandatory).
• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent content writing and storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian social media trends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Experience using AI tools for digital marketing.

Compensation

₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly.
