Senior Associate (CMAAS)

We are seeking a Senior Associate for our Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field
• 3–5 years' experience in accounting or capital markets
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Experience with IPOs, debt/equity offerings, and M&A
• Excellent analytical, technical reporting, and communication skills
