Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Compute monthly transport allowances and process commissions for all agents.
  • Maintain agent records, commission payments, and manager leave records.
  • Collate premium information and advise on receipt issuance.
  • Liaise between agency offices and operations for policy document issuance.
  • Coordinate maturity benefit payments and follow up on Non-Life claims.
  • Manage daily renewals of agency businesses and market storm administration.
  • Coordinate branding item requisitions and analyze monthly sales performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance regulatory policies, laws, and practices.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • CIIN or CII professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
