Research Assistant / Data Analyst

About the Role

Support a Victoria Island healthcare clinic by analysing patient data, treatment outcomes, and market trends. Focus on data analysis, reporting, and providing insights for clinical and management decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse patient and clinic data.
• Track and evaluate surgical outcomes and performance metrics.
• Build dashboards for KPIs such as patient volume, retention, and revenue per procedure.
• Research healthcare trends, especially weight loss and metabolic surgery.
• Analyse competitor pricing and market positioning.
• Evaluate patient feedback and survey data to improve service delivery.
• Provide data-driven insights to doctors and management.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience with Excel and SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient data.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage.
• Must be Lagos-based (Victoria Island preferred).

Compensation

₦250,000 – ₦280,000 monthly.
