Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

· Professional certification (RQS, NIQS membership, QSRBN registration) is an added advantage.

· Minimum of 4-7 years relevant experience.

· Proven experience in architectural projects, interior fit-out projects, workspace and office design, and commercial/residential construction.

· Experience in furniture, joinery, and office fit-out costing is an added advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, CostX or similar take-off software, Planswift, Bluebeam Revu, basic Revit, and ERP/procurement management software.
