Job Description
About the Role
Lead the technical and commercial proposal process — packaging tenders, responding to RFQs, and developing project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Package and submit tenders in line with client instructions and deadlines.
- Attend to RFQs and ensure quotations and commercial responses are submitted promptly.
- Procure and maintain valid insurance, licences, and permits for company services.
- Develop and prepare technical proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Manage contracts, project administration, and monitoring.
- Prepare project post-deliverable documents, including JCC and customer feedback forms.
- Stay current with industry trends and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc, B.Tech/B.Eng) or HND in Engineering or Sciences.
- Major in Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower Credit from a reputable institution.
- Must have graduated no earlier than 2018.
