We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Manager to drive our national sales strategy across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve volume and value targets
  • Optimize and expand national distribution footprint across Open Markets and Modern Trade
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a regional sales team with clear KPIs
  • Design and implement tailored channel programs and trade marketing
  • Manage national sales budget, trade spend, and regional operational costs
  • Build high-level relationships with top-tier distributors and key accounts

Requirements

  • 10 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales
  • Senior national management experience in personal or home care products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian consumer goods (detergent, soaps, or hygiene categories)
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, and ERP/CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively across all geopolitical zones
