Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Manager to drive our national sales strategy across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve volume and value targets
- Optimize and expand national distribution footprint across Open Markets and Modern Trade
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a regional sales team with clear KPIs
- Design and implement tailored channel programs and trade marketing
- Manage national sales budget, trade spend, and regional operational costs
- Build high-level relationships with top-tier distributors and key accounts
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales
- Senior national management experience in personal or home care products
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Deep understanding of Nigerian consumer goods (detergent, soaps, or hygiene categories)
- Proficiency in sales data analysis, forecasting, and ERP/CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across all geopolitical zones
