Loan Collection Call Centre Agent

Responsibilities

· Make follow-up calls and communicate professionally with customers.

· Assist in negotiating repayment plans and updating payment options.

· Keep accurate records of interactions, payments, and customer feedback.

· Support the development and execution of debt recovery strategies.

· Prepare simple reports on collections progress.

· Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, and Legal.

· Update customer information and account status on company systems.

Requirements

· OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must have a smartphone.
