About the Company

E&R Standard Gate Limited is a growing Lagos-based multi-vertical company offering Business Development Consultative Services, Luxury Car Rental, and Real Estate Management solutions. As the company continues to expand across Nigeria and West Africa, it is seeking an experienced professional to manage and optimize its fleet operations.

Role Overview:

The Fleet / Operations Manager will oversee the lifecycle management, operational readiness, safety, and cost-efficiency of the company’s fleet of luxury vehicles and coaster buses, ensuring reliable and premium transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and dispatch

- Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and asset care

- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards

- Manage drivers, mechanics, and operations staff

- Monitor fleet performance, utilization, and operational costs

- Coordinate with sales teams to support corporate and event transportation needs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field

- 3–5 years experience in fleet or transport operations management

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations

- Experience with fleet management systems and operational reporting

- Strong leadership and vendor management skills

- Residence on Lagos Island preferred
