About the Role

Drive new business growth and partnerships from a Lekki-based office (Onsite, Mon–Fri). Candidate must reside in or around Lekki or be able to commute easily.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Support contract negotiations and client onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in meetings and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • 1–3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
