Data Analyst

About the Role

Join our data team to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify trends, build reports, and create data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Create automated reporting systems for key business metrics
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership team
• Support A/B testing and experimentation analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Certification in data analytics or BI tools
