SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER(FEMALE)

Job Description:

1. Manage a Marketing and customer service team and provide leadership, training and coaching
2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing customer service team members, provide feedback, coaching, and support to enhance their sales and customer service skills and productivity.
3. Develop a sales and customer service strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
4. Set individual sales targets with sales and customer service team
5. Work on sales scripts with agents
6. Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
7. Ensure members of the marketingand customer service team have the necessary resources to perform properly
8. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to drive business growth and increase sales opportunities.
9. Plan and direct marketing and customer service training with the Human resources department
10. Assist the Human resource department during hiring processes
11. Control expenses and monitor budgets in the marketing and customer service department
12. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
13. Prepare and present sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts to senior management, offering insights, recommendations, and updates on sales activities and results.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
2. Must have 12-15 years’ experience post NYSC
3. Vast experience in sales, marketing and customer service
4. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and meet targets
6. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
7. Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage
8. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
9. Must be able to lead a team
