Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's recruitment needs by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
2. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Review and screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates.
4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
5. Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
6. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment records.
7. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Support the onboarding process for successful candidates.
9. Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
10. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good organizational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
6. Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
8. Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
