Strategy Manager

About Role

The Strategy Manager will drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new opportunities, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment across departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years experience in a consulting firm (preferably Big 4 or reputable advisory/marketing firm)
• Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills
• Good understanding of business operations and market dynamics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
• Design and implement business growth and operational efficiency strategies
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with senior management and department heads on strategy execution
