About Role

The Senior HR Specialist will support strategic people management initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, learning & development, and policy compliance to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
• 5–10 years progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in a senior HR role
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or regulated industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
• Oversee performance management and organizational development
• Manage employee relations and HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies and compliance frameworks
• Drive learning and development programs
