Sales Representative (FinTech)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in fintech, telecommunications, retail, or related industries is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Submit regular sales and performance reports
