Telesales Agent

Salary: ₦100,000 (Basic) + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Working Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• You will make outbound calls to prospective students and leads to promote tech education programs

• He or she will follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments

• They will maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

• You will build and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting assigned sales targets

• He or she will provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the team

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales

• Strong communication and persuasion skills with good phone etiquette

• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
