About the Role

Build and run the HR and administrative function for a growing manufacturing organisation. 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Design and manage performance management systems and staff evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Supervise administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits.
  • Support management with strategic HR planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Ability to build systems and work independently in a growing organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools is an advantage.

Salary

₦250,000 net monthly.
