Assistant Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Recruiter to support our recruitment activities and help attract and identify qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
2. Review and screen CVs and applications.
3. Contact candidates and conduct initial screenings.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews.
5. Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment records.
6. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Assist with onboarding and documentation of successful candidates.
8. Support the Recruiter and HR team with other recruitment-related activities as required.

Requirements

1. HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Good attention to detail.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
8. Must be willing to work fully on-site.
