A company is looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.


Key Focus Areas:

• Recruitment & onboarding

• HR operations & documentation

• Employee relations & performance management

• Payroll inputs, leave & benefits support

• Labour law compliance & HR reporting


Requirements:

• BSc in HR, Business Admin, or related field

• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws

• Excellent communication & organizational skills

• HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage
