Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

◦ Leadership: Manage staff, drive performance, and maintain daily structure.

◦ Reporting: Submit structured reports and manage operational numbers via Excel.

◦ Discipline: Enforce workplace policies and correct staff performance issues.

◦ Facilities: Oversee facility management and day-to-day business operations.

◦ Growth: Utilize marketing knowledge to motivate teams and hit targets.

Requirements

◦ Experience: Proven management background (Store, Spa, or Wellness preferred).

◦ Attributes: Confident, firm, bold, and decisive with a commanding presence.

◦ Education: Degree required (Accounting degree is a strong advantage).

◦ Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and excellent report-writing abilities.

◦ Location: Must be able to resume in Lekki Phase 1 punctually.

◦ Note: Female management experience only. No teachers.
