About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with deep Telecoms industry experience to lead strategic relationships with mobile operator partners and drive expansion of AI-powered lending and credit scoring solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand strategic relationships with mobile operator partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior VP Commercial at operational and executive levels
  • Drive cross-selling and expansion opportunities for AI-powered lending and credit scoring solutions
  • Ensure delivery of business outcomes aligned with partner fintech and telecom strategies
  • Manage the success, growth, and long-term value of designated accounts

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Account Management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Telecoms industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of the local cultural, political, and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in Telecoms CVM, VAS, or digital financial services is preferred
