Content Creator/Social Media Manager

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

· Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms.

· Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.

· Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media channels.

· Capture and edit videos showcasing products, promotions, customer experiences, and events.

· Write compelling captions, copy, and storytelling content that reflect the brand's voice.

· Manage the company's social media accounts and online communities.

· Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries.

· Implement strategies to grow social media accounts organically and increase audience reach.

· Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate periodic reports.

· Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.

· Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and consumer behavior.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.

· Experience managing social media accounts for restaurants, hospitality, or QSR brands is an added advantage.

· Experience in video editing and basic graphic design.
