Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the career platform

- Coordinate job postings and ensure smooth content scheduling

- Identify and implement strategies to increase platform revenue

- Develop partnerships with companies for job promotions and advertising

- Support the growth of services such as CV editing and job promotion packages

- Track basic performance metrics and provide simple monthly reports

- Suggest new ideas to grow the platform and improve operations

Requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Basic understanding of digital platforms and online business

- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Compensation

- ₦50,000 monthly base salary
