About the Role

Handle high-volume cash transactions in a Lagos banking branch with accuracy and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Handle bulk cash transactions and ensure accurate processing of financial deposits.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
• Perform analytical tasks related to banking operations and financial reporting.
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the branch.
• Manage interpersonal relationships with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of Credit (C) in both Mathematics and English at O'Level.
• Must be 26 years of age as at the date of application.
• Must have a minimum of one year of experience.
• Must be a resident of Lagos State.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or quality improvement is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

₦280,000 net monthly + benefits.
