Administrative Officer (Catering Firm)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, filing systems, and client records.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for catering events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client bookings, inquiries, and consultations.
  • Coordinate event calendars and logistics with the kitchen team and suppliers.
  • Process invoices, track payments, and assist with budget monitoring.
  • Manage inventory levels, staff scheduling, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years administrative experience in a hospitality or catering firm (essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of event planning and catering operations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Must reside around Gbagada or Lagos Mainland.
