About the Role

Customer-facing role in a Lagos banking branch — managing client accounts and supporting service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and provide comprehensive financial service support.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and handle account-related inquiries.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain professional communication and interpersonal relationships with clients.
  • Perform analytical tasks to support banking operations and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline.
  • Minimum of Credit (C) in both Mathematics and English at O'Level.
  • Must be 26 years of age as at the date of application.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Must be a resident of Lagos State.
  • Eloquent, confident, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or quality improvement is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

₦280,000 net monthly + benefits.
