📢 VACANCY – HR EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Berger, Lagos

💰 Salary: ₦350,000

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support the organisation’s HR operations, employee management, performance, and workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.

• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, KPIs, probation, and confirmation processes.

• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.

• Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and employee compliance with company policies.

• Support payroll by providing accurate employee and attendance-related inputs.

• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, performance, and employee movements.

• Support employee engagement, training, learning, and organisational culture initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment procedures, and applicable labour requirements.

• Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

• CIPM, or other relevant HR certification is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; HRIS experience is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
