About the Role

We are looking for friendly and motivated people to join our remote support and sales team. If you love chatting with people, helping customers find what they need, and turning simple text messages or calls into happy clients, this is the ideal role for you.

You do not need years of complex corporate sales experience. Your main job is to answer incoming messages, reply to friendly customer questions, and keep our online chat and email inbox organized. We provide full, paid training to help you succeed from day one.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

Your daily routine is straightforward and stress-free:

Answer friendly messages: Reply to basic questions from customers via email and chat.

Make light phone calls: Talk briefly with interested people to share simple information about our services.

Keep records updated: Type quick notes into our simple computer system about your chats.

Work with a great team: Check in with your manager and share tips with coworkers to hit fun weekly goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Friendly and clear written and spoken English.

Basic comfort using email, web browsers, and chat tools.

A quiet place at home with a reliable internet connection.

Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Note: Previous sales experience is helpful, but completely optional. We teach you everything you need to know!

Salary and Perks

$25,000–$29,000 annual base pay, paid reliably.
