Social Media & Content Specialist

Key responsibilities:

1. Shoot and edit photos/videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
2. Create graphics, Reels and promotional content using Canva, CapCut and AI tools.
3. Manage daily social media activities and engagement.
4. Respond to DMs, WhatsApp, website enquiries and customer questions.
5. Follow up leads and help convert enquiries into sales.
6. Track leads, enquiries and digital sales.
7. Capture daily showroom, product and installation content.
8. Work alongside the digital marketing agency on the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements:

1. Experience in social media and content creation.
2. Strong video shooting/editing and graphic design skills.
3. Proficiency with CapCut, Canva and AI tools.
4. Good communication, customer service and sales skills.
5. Understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
6. Must be proactive, creative and able to work independently.
7. Must be available to work on-site.
8. Experience in doors, construction, real estate, furniture or related industries is an advantage.

Commission: ₦300 for every ₦1,000,000 in successfully completed sales attributable to leads/customers handled through digital channels.
