Job description

Lead client engagement activities, serving as the primary strategic liaison and ensuring consistent delivery across experiential projects.
Interpret and refine client briefs, transforming them into innovative, insight-driven experiential concepts.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including project execution, operations, design, and digital teams.
Oversee end-to-end execution of experiential campaigns, brand activations, and events, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations.
Manage project timelines, workflows, and approval cycles, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and to standard.
Supervise budget development and execution, ensuring all activations remain within financial targets.
Offer on-ground leadership, supervising event teams, promoters, and hostesses to maintain operational excellence.
Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines, client standards, and experiential best practices.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, guiding the team in preparing comprehensive post-event reports and insights.
Strengthen and grow client relationships, driving retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term partnership value.
Implement internal processes and best practices that enhance efficiency, creativity, and client satisfaction.
Support the social media team in showcasing the company’s brand and client activations.
Collaborate with digital teams to amplify experiential campaigns through engaging and timely content.
