Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional and regression testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop, update, and manage test cases alongside detailed testing checklists.
- Detect, replicate, and formally record software anomalies.
- Monitor reported issues and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Validate patches and updates implemented by engineering teams.
- Execute exploratory testing strategies to uncover unforeseen vulnerabilities.
- Facilitate API testing and perform initial validation of server-side responses.
- Assess application performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Contribute to usability assessments and compatibility verification efforts.
- Engage in product review sessions and final release validation procedures.
- Document quality assurance activities and compile comprehensive test reports.
- Alert relevant departments to critical defects and potential release hazards.
- Assist in verifying system stability following product deployment.
- Partner with technical and product groups to drive continuous quality improvements.
