Regional Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and satisfaction.
• Implement customer service retention schemes to ensure retention of existing businesses.
• Review market research to determine and capitalize on opportunities.
• Develop new business leads and prospects.
• Ensure all required documents are provided for operations and claims payments are followed through.
• Reconcile accounts with brokers, credit control, and finance.

Requirements

• First Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum Two (2) years post NYSC experience.
• Membership of CIIN is an added advantage.
• Experience selling products that are not fast-moving consumer goods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
