Responsibilities

· Lead onshore and offshore well testing operations from planning to execution.

· Manage teams, equipment, and operational resources for maximum efficiency.

· Champion HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance across all operations.

· Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

· Drive operational performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.

· Mentor and develop high-performing field teams.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 10-15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Well Testing, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

· Strong expertise in well testing operations, equipment management, and project execution.

· Proven leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.

· Offshore certifications (BOSIET/HUET) are an added advantage.
