Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads to close sales

• Engage customers through online channels and process orders

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions


Requirements:

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good time management and problem-solving abilities

• Preference for candidates living around Lekki/Ajah axis
