About the Role

Results-driven Telesales Officer to generate leads, engage customers, and convert inquiries into sales for a Lekki-based power solutions company (generator rentals, maintenance & sales). Rotating-shift role with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers to promote generator rental, maintenance, and sales services.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable power solutions.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
  • Stay updated on products, pricing, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong objection handling and closing abilities.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in power, engineering, construction, or energy sectors is an added advantage.

Work Style

  • Rotating shift, Monday – Sunday.
  • Weekdays: 8 hours; weekends: 12 hours.
  • 1 day off weekly.
  • Overtime paid for extra weekend hours.

Compensation

₦200,000 – ₦250,000 net monthly + accommodation.
