About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Adviser to advise our Executive Team on technical and construction matters, overseeing PMO governance across large-scale development projects in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Advise Executive Team on technical and construction matters
- Establish technical standards and governance frameworks
- Lead PMO oversight and risk controls
- Drive adoption of BIM and modern construction practices
- Ensure alignment across Architectural, Structural, and MEP designs
- Monitor project timelines and enforce milestone discipline
- Align technical execution with budgetary controls
- Oversee HSE compliance and project handovers
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology
- 12–15 years' experience in construction or project leadership
- Track record managing multiple large-scale developments
- Knowledge of construction economics and value engineering
- Familiarity with Lagos construction regulations
