About the Role

Results-driven Sales Executive with HVAC accessories experience to drive sales growth, develop new business, and manage industry relationships. Strong product knowledge and an active network within HVAC contractors, installers, and project companies are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HVAC accessories including duct tapes, aluminium foil tapes, insulation tapes, flexible ducts, dampers, grilles, diffusers, insulation materials, sealants, and fasteners.
  • Build and manage relationships with HVAC contractors, installers, consultants, fabricators, and OEMs.
  • Identify HVAC project opportunities and generate new sales leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to project locations and client offices.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the HVAC segment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' direct sales experience in the HVAC accessories market.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC consumables (duct tapes, insulation materials, etc.).
  • OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong industry network is an added advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's licence is an advantage.

Compensation

₦250,000 – ₦350,000 monthly.
