About the Role

Lead strategic HR for a Telecom/Tech organisation — owning recruitment, culture, compliance, and total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR operations to align with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management for technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage employee relations and ensure strict adherence to HR compliance and labour laws.
• Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Direct compensation and benefits structures for the organisation.

Requirements

• First degree in any field.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, preferably within Telecom or Technology.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience handling recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Salary

₦1,000,000 – ₦2,000,000 monthly.
