Site Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities and project phases.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Supervise contractors and site personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and architects.
• Identify risks and resolve site challenges promptly.

Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Tech/HND/M.Sc in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10–12 years in construction/site management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
