Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of digital lending products including overdrafts and personal loans.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, and Data teams to build credit models and APIs.
• Manage third-party integrations and ensure seamless system performance.
• Analyze product performance and market trends to drive improvements.
• Optimize loan application journeys for better conversion and experience.
• Ensure lending products comply with regulatory standards and risk policies.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing lending or credit products.
• Strong understanding of the lending lifecycle and credit risk management.
• Technical fluency in APIs, backend systems, and product architecture.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or certification is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive skills.
