Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into active trading clients.
  • Deliver sales presentations and guide clients through account activation.
  • Manage client trading portfolios including Forex, Commodities, and Crypto.
  • Execute sales and retention strategies to maximize client value.
  • Monitor client trading behavior and maintain a CRM pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in Sales/Retention (Forex, iGaming, Insurance, or Real Estate).
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investor psychology is an advantage.
  • Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
