Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor regulatory changes and disseminate circulars to teams.
  • Coordinate comments on draft regulations and prepare compliance bulletins.
  • Update and localize compliance policies for regional subsidiaries.
  • Ensure implementation of policies and investigate compliance breaches.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor policy adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years in financial services plus 3–4 years in stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance best practices, and trends.
  • Master's degree or compliance certifications are an advantage.
