Requirements
- Strong background in Trade Marketing or Marketing Execution
- Proven experience managing multi-location activations
- Execution-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales teams
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, field-intensive environments
- Must be resident in Benin (Edo State) or nearby locations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute regional marketing activities
- Drive BTL activations and merchandising initiatives
- Monitor execution standards across assigned territories
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams to achieve marketing objectives
